I will be working on the blogs and updating how to find SCD legal yogurt. I do not even have a yogurt machine at this address. Everything seems to have bifidus.
I started SCD in 2005 and helped moderate by compiling ground messages for Grammy Bauer on www.scdiet.net until 2013 or so. I will be editing but only so it doesn't have so many typos.
Now I have not been SCD for at least two and a half years and I'm going back SCD strict but without almond flour I think.
