Serves four
4 blood oranges (or small Navel oranges if unavailable)
4 canned anchovies
3 ounces of green olives
1-1/2 ounces unsalted capers
Fresh or dried dill (to taste)
Organic extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
Pine nuts
Hot chili pepper (to taste)
Drain and reserve the oil from the anchovies.
Cut the anchovies into small pieces.

1 3/4 cups yogurt 1/4 cup grape juice 1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries 1 cup frozen raspberries

1-1/4 c. boiling water
¼ c. tightly packed grated castile bar soap
1T. washing soda (baking soda baked at 400F.)
¼ c. liquid castile soap
10-30 drops essential oil
Add grated castile soap and stir. Let mixture cool, then add essential oils. Transfer to repurposed soap dispenser and use as regular dish soap.
